+ Equipment insertion
Building numeric model is realized with several architectural softwares in 3D BIM IFC (Industry Foundation Classes), 2D DXF, DWGTM or PDFTM scanned plan format. It also may be also realized directly with integrated geometric functions.
This module identify the différent components including weak current, strong current and domotic. They can be integrated from normalized libraries. It draws cable conduit.
Bill of materials and cost estimation information are generated by the module.
+ Wiring
It realize the cabling of the different circuits (weak, strong and domotic) according putting modes.
Cable routing is done with a path optimisation and a noise level separation.
Then, cable conduits are sized. Reports concerning cables and routings are generated by the software.
+ Computing
From implantation and/or cabling data, calculation module sets the panel synoptic.
According to norm C15-100, it calculate currents, voltage drops and determines circuit protections and cables sections.
The soft edits a power bilan and editions to be certified.
+ Singleline diagram
Singleline diagrams are automatically set from cabling data. They can be done with the circuits editor.
You design as well multi-wire diagrams (control/command, domotic, ...).
Reports are edited in function of component’s manufacturer data (reference, description, supplier, ...).
+ Complex diagrams
Schematic advanced functions are integrated in this module.
Data exchanges with PLC are done thanks to an interface. Wire numbering is automatic.
Cross references are graphically managed.
Terminal blocks and cables are also automatic.
+ Coffret
Electric panel implantation is directly realized from component volumes. Theses volumes came from references associated in the scheme.
Components are set in the electrical box with 3 dimensions control.
Dimension functions complete the plan with in preparation for the manufacture. Labels are automatically generated.
