Methalac<\/strong> is specialised in the study, assembly, maintenance and servicing of methanisation units.<\/p>\n

It valorises the biogas energy generated by the digestion process of the materials by cogeneration by engine or turbine, injection of biomethane,… This process also allows to valorise the digestate, residue of the methanisation. The studies require the creation of piping, instrumentation and electrical plans.<\/p>\n

To carry out these studies, Methalac<\/strong> has recently acquired software supplied by FTZ, SchemELECT<\/strong> <\/a>and SchemPID<\/strong><\/a>.

Mr. Arthur E.<\/strong>, design engineer at Methalac<\/strong>, says :<\/p>\n

“Since our acquisition, we have been using SchemELECT<\/strong> <\/a>and SchemPID<\/strong> <\/a>on a daily basis. They allow us to create complete electrical and P&ID diagrams<\/strong> with all the necessary information for our methanisation installations.<\/em><\/p>\n

This software has considerably improved our productivity<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n

Since the beginning of the year we have about 30 installations with SchemELECT<\/strong> <\/a>and SchemPID<\/strong><\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n

In addition, when we have specific questions about the software, we contact FTZ<\/strong>‘s technical support, which is very responsive<\/strong> and competent<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n

We therefore recommend FTZ<\/strong> and its software suite.<\/em>“<\/p>\n
