Home automation

New buildings or buildings undergoing renovation (homes or offices) are increasingly integrating home automation networks. The SchemBAT software has ergonomic and intuitive solutions dedicated to the realisation and implantation of these elements of new technologies.

Purpose of home automation

These home automation networks provide comfort, flexibility and energy savings through advanced management of :

• air conditioning and heating
• lighting
• access and security

The installation is centrally controlled from a PC, a tablet, a smartphone locally or remotely via a web connection.

General principle

The BUS supplies power to the control devices (switches, thermostat, intrusion detector, fire) and transmits the commands to the controller installed in the panel (no traditional wiring).
The controllers are connected to the BUS and to the loads (lamps, shutter, socket, heating, vmc) to be controlled.
A program assigns functions to the controllers independently of the wiring.

SchemBAT in home automation

The SchemBAT software assists you in the realisation of the estimate, the study and the manufacture of the home automation octopus. Both by using the multi-manufacturer communication standard KNX or the proprietary format of MyHome^TM by Legrand^TM :
